Saatchi Recommends April 2020

Floral Riot - Floral Abstractions Series* Collection: New This Week - April 13th, 2020 Artwork HERE Saatchi Collection HERE Artworks curated by Rebecca Wilson: Chief Curator and VP, Art Advisory at Saatchi Art      *Although now almost totally abstracted, the work includes images from the gardens of the Alhambra in Granada and the Alcazar in Seville. Photographic and artistic studies (including photographs from Rome and Paris) are also included as textures and elements with multiple exposures, overpainting, paint drips, scribbles and displacement effects. This particular piece also includes elements from an earlier (still ongoing) series of digital, fizzy pop paintings with an added surreal floral twist.
